Why the change in name?

We felt it was important to go forward with the company’s new Vision, Values, and Mission while also celebrating 25 years of service excellence.

Over the next 12 months we’ll be delivering various service improvements. We’re so pleased with these service improvements that we felt a name change would best capture all these improvements.

Are my costs going up?

We have no plans to increase our rates this year.

Has the legal name changed?

No. Trac-It Systems Inc. continues to be the same company. We’ve simply changed our brand and logo.

Do I need to change or update anything?

Generally no. Other than you will start receiving emails from our new domain greenbee3.com soon. Just know that this is indeed us.

How does this impact me?

We do not anticipate the change in name will have any major impact.

What service improvements are planned?

We’re committed to service improvements.

Over the next 12 months we’re planning to roll out:

  • We’ve already implemented a new Remote Connection tool, ConnectWise Control
  • Client Portal with electronic bill payment capability
  • Ticketing System to ensure we’re accountable for all service requests
  • Phone system to ensure that someone will always pick up. Even when there are emergency situations after-hours
  • Much More
